If you are wanting shelves, tables, coffee tables, side tables, dressers, and night stands dusted and wiped down, please have them cleared off of any breakables and nick-nacks. A few things on these surfaces are ok, but when there's are a lot, it raises the risk of valuable items getting broken or damaged, to avoid this I do ask for those areas to be cleared off before your appointment, other wise I will have to clean around them.
If you would like for us to clean windows that are located behind any furniture , I do ask that you would please move the furniture so that we are able to access those areas.
If for whatever reason we missed something or cleaning was not to your liking, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can discuses it and potentially schedule a re-visit free of charge to address those issues or concerns. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after we have left we will not be able to book a re-visit and there will be no refund.
